Stalis Ltd was formed in 1984 to provide specialist data management and patient administration solutions to the NHS and Independent sectors. Over the past twenty five years the company has engaged in numerous projects for Acute, Community and Primary Care Trusts as well the provision of software and services for private healthcare groups.

Today, through its CareXML suite of data management solutions, Stalis has become a leading supplier of data migration and management reporting services in support of LSP provided systems. CareXML's business activity manager, together with other aspects of CareXML, offers Trusts the means to extract, combine and cleanse data, and then exploit this more accurate repository to provide management reporting against NHS targets, for commissioning and service line monitoring. CareXML is now isn widespread use across the NHS.

As part of the expanding CareXML solution Stalis is supporting the need from clinicians to access their patient's data for performance reporting and care management. Telehealth applications are thus supported by the Stalis CareXML solution.
