In 2007 Steve celebrated thirty years since graduating from the University of Wales where he read Occupational Psychology and Ergonomics.

Previous Work

After graduation he served his “industry apprenticeship” with ICL (now Fujitsu) where he held a number of positions that encompassed technical support, sales and then latterly general management within ICL’s third party division. Taking advantage of this experience he joined the customer base and managed software distribution and development businesses within the channel. Joining Nexor in 1992, Steve has overseen the development of the Company from University Research Group to a market leader in the secure communication sector, with an international customer base.

Current Position

Steve is active in the industry community, Chairing Intellect's Security & Resilience group and the Intellect Defence and Security Board. He is also a non-executive Director for DIUS at Investors in people (UK).

Membership

He was elected a Chartered Director by the Institute of Directors in 2000 and is an active member of the IOD Professional Standards Panel.
