They create & maintain command and control systems; they develop and deliver the information technology tools to capture, analyze, and share information.   • Securing Borders and Transportation Systems: Using an integrated approach, Serco helps protect border and transportation systems. They provide CBRN monitoring tools and have the UK home Office contract for radiation screening throughout the UK.
