Pcubed is a specialist, SME provider of programme and project management consultancy services, which specialises in helping clients deliver complex programmes and projects. They work across both private and public sectors, their main industry sectors being manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications and government. They have worked on some of the most sensitive and critical programmes in government, specialising in cross-cutting initiatives: Criminal Justice Reform; the Home Office IMPACT programme; the implementation of recommendations of the Bichard Report; and the National Identity Scheme. Given this track record, most of their staff are security cleared. Pcubed have over 170 active consultants in the EMEA region, and a similar number in the USA.

Their distinctive offering is to help clients build their own PPM capability while Pcubed are involved in delivery assistance. They can bring people, best practice process and tools to bear to provide a sound basis for delivery, but couple this with effecting skills transfer to their clients throughout their engagement, to reduce reliance on external resource thereafter. They are also happy to accept responsibility for delivering a whole programme, or specific deliverables within it, on the basis of a firm price, ensuring that they have a vested interest in the successful delivery of the programme on time and to budget.

They can also provide specific interventions such as programme assurance, project healthchecks and PPM maturity assessments.
